- The Happy Dudes’ third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by replying “STOP” to any SMS.
- We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and The Happy Dudes Pro Shop does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from The Happy Dudes again, just sign up as you did the first time and The Happy Dudes will start sending messages to you again.
