Return & Exchanges
If there’s any issue with your shirts, don’t hesitate to let us know. We want you to be comfortable and to love your shirt as much as we loved making it. Check out our rules and please shoot us a message at Help@TheHappyDudes.com
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be accepted, returns & exchanges must be unworn and unwashed in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
- item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Exchanges must be made for items of equal or lesser value.
Returns for Store Credit (if applicable)
- Store credit will be given based on value of order placed.
- Store credit will be given by a digital gift card code that will only be valid for online purchases at www.TheHappyDudes.com.
Processing & Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We process and ship items in the order that we receive them between 8 am - 4 pm CST Monday - Friday.
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing of orders and exchanges to be completed.
- Exchanges, returns for store credit, and/or returns for refund will not be processed until products have been received by us and the product's returned condition has been confirmed.
